Rugged Earth Adventures/RE Adventures Ltd
By booking, attending, dropping off, picking up guests, or as a non participating visitor, (to be known as a customer for the purposes of this document) during any activity or visit to Rugged Earth Adventures/RE Adventures Ltd, (to be known as REA for the purposes of this document,) you are agreeing to adhere and are bound by our Terms and Conditions and tAll agreements relating to the instruction of the session by REA to the guests are subject to these terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
No variation or addition to the terms shall be binding unless agreed in writing by REA and the customer.
The terms shall be deemed to have been accepted by the adult or host booking any activity upon payment of the fee by or on behalf of the parent, host or customer. Payment by the one other than the customer shall be deemed to have been made on behalf of the customer.
The customer agrees to keep the content of REA sessions, activities and layout confidential and not copy or use any aspect of the REA programme directly or indirectly.
The above warrants and represents that the information set out in the booking form whether or not completed and/or signed by the customer, is accurate in all respects and the customer will notify REA of any change in such information immediately.
The customer will provide all relevant medical health, dietary and similar information required to conduct the service and for the protection of the individual child, other children, third parties and emergency services that may come into contact with the child during the execution of the service.
When attending the session, neither the children not the parent/guardian will be suffering from any illness, disease or anything similar thereto.
Where the parent or guardian is present during the course of the party, the parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees that the children shall be deemed to be under the direction, care and control of REA once the full activity and safety brief has been conducted. Until that point the parent/guardian shall be responsible for the welfare and conduct of the child or children whilst they are on the premises.
All customers must adhere to the instruction of REA staff and representatives or they may be asked to leave the site without reimbursement.
The parent shall indemnify and keep indemnified REA against the loss (including loss of profit), liability, costs and expenses which REA shall incur directly or indirectly as a consequence of any action or inaction of the customer, parent, guardian or the children.
The customer shall be responsible for any damage caused by the children or adults to any third-party property or individuals unless due to the direct act to cause any damage and the negligence of REA staff or sub-contractors.
The customer shall pay the whole fee to REA prior to the session commencing for all activities.
Any fees or deposits are non-refundable under most circumstances without the prior written agreement of REA
REA is not responsible for and may not refund for any act of Force Majeure such as war, strike or epidemic.
REA may cancel any session or activity at any time before it commences for any reason. REA shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such cancellation.Day Camp Cancellations
All day camp bookings are non-refundable. If you wish to alter your booking within 10 days of your date there may be a £10 admin fee per child, per day. This is at the complete discretion of REA.
A missed session due to illness/unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice before the activity, may be credited for another future activity at the discretion of REA. We do not normally offer monitory refunds for Day Camps.
Party and Other Activity Cancellations
A deposit is required to hold and confirm a party booking with us. In some cases deposits are required for bespoke sessions. Deposits are non refundable. It is down to the discretion of REA if the customer wishes to postpone or move the party due to unforeseen circumstances as to whether or not the deposit is void. Deposits and payments are needed for pre activity planning and purchases so may not be refunded in full.
Privacy & Data Protection
The customer recognises REA legitimate right to use personal data in the normal course of conducting its business, for the execution of the service and the REA contractual obligations.
The customer recognises that REA takes seriously its obligations and responsibilities and commitments under as defined by Data Protection legislation and common law rights of individuals pertaining to privacy and data protection rights. REA will obtain, retain and only process personal data in line with the UK Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016 as well as respecting individual privacy and data protections rights within common law.
REA will not store credit or debit card details.
REA Adventures will not share customer data with any 3rd parties.
Lost and Damaged Property
REA is not responsible for any damage or loss of clothing or equipment brought on site and is left at the customers own risk. Anything left behind after a visit to REA will be kept for a maximum of 3 weeks from the date of the event. After which it is donated to charity.
Rugged Earth Adventures pride themselves on excellent customer service. However, any complaints should be raised with Rugged Earth Adventures immediately and then formally in writing within 6 days.
